I recently did a boudoir session with Ms. M. in Boston. If you’re not familiar with boudoir photography, have a look atthis post.
We were shooting in the evening in one of the high-rise hotels and were fortunate enough to have a room on the very top floor with a great view of the lights of Boston below. We used this backdrop to create some sexy portraits with some glitz and glamor to them. The great thing about shooting in a hotel room is that there are lots of great spaces to get creative. Aside from posing on the bed, we also worked with some great furniture and the simple textured wallpaper.
Like any fashion shoot, we got Ms. M. all made up to make her look her sexy best. After getting her makeup professionally done to include eyelashes, we picked out a couple of outfits and were ready to go. Because of the sensitive nature of boudoir, I always make sure to work with a female assistant to help out. Thanks to Stephanie for all of her hard work.
After a couple of hours and lots of coaching on posing, I think we got some really great pictures that she and her boyfriend will really enjoy.
